Moonlight Promos is a Tennessee-based distributor of promotional products, primarily, but not exclusively, working with non-profit organizations. We are currently looking for a Remote Sales Rep.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing company. This is a contract, 1099, commission -based position, with NO cap on commission, and commissions on reorders of every client you bring in. We’re looking for someone with initiative and go-getter mentality. Candidate should be experienced in prospecting and be comfortable with cold calling. Ideally, this candidate will also have promotional products experience or related relevant experience. You will be able to work remotely and set your own hours. This can be an outside or inside sales role, but typically is a mixture of both.

Responsibilities

-Prospect and contact potential customers

– Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, learning about their company and opportunities prior to meeting with them

-Get to know your customers and learn about their promotional product needs

-Request quotes and product options from sales support

-Follow-up on quotes and close deals

-Accurately communicate customer issues with support in order to get a satisfactory solution

-Set follow-up appointments with customers to keep them informed and generate reorders

Qualifications

-Experience with sales and managing your own book of business

-Experience within the promotional products industry and/or with non-profit organizations

-A commitment to excellent customer service

-Prospecting, following a process and cold calling

-Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers

-Ability to learn and gain product knowledge

-Strong work ethic and good time management
