Order Administrator
Job Description Responsibilities:

Data entry of orders with Accuracy
Reviewing Quotes/Orders
Processing orders, Order Auditing
Keep track of all orders and deadlines
Ability to work fast and efficient to complete all tasks daily
Attendance and Dependability is required.
Customer Service with a Positive Attitude at all times
Qualifications:

3 years of Previous experience in order entry required
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Knowledge of promotional products is desired

We are currently seeking a full time Order Administrator to add to our amazing team. Previous Order Entry knowledge is preferred and previous experience with Microsoft Outlook is required.

We are a promotional branding company so you need to be knowledgeable of promotional products or be a VERY QUICK learner. The promotional industry is in high demand but is also very competitive therefore we need a team player that is ready to hit the ground running.
