Inside Sales Rep Job Responsibilities:

Works directly with customers, typically via email

Receives orders and works with customers to find items to fit their needs

Quotes, processes, and schedules orders using internal systems and follows up as needed.

Works as a team to sort and fulfill large orders as needed

Provide monthly sales reports as needed

Manages orders that are placed via Web Stores

Communicate with Art Department, Production Teams, and Accounting as needed.

 

Inside Sales Rep Qualifications / Skills:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Excellent communication and time management is a must

Must be able to multi-task and work in a quick-paced environment

Must be able to work with minimal supervision after training period

Experience in the Promotional Industry preferred, but will train the right candidate

Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
